Core experience

My background spans in-house legal work, independent consulting, and process ownership in an international organisation.

8+years of legal practice
≈90%favourable outcomes in litigated matters handled
2017—2023

Legal Counsel · Customs & Logistics

Managed commercial contracts, regulatory research, claims, disputes, counterparty reviews, and structured legal records. Worked with agreements in Russian and English and represented the business through complex legal matters.

2017—2023

Independent Legal Consultant

Supported private clients and SMEs with contracts, claims, procedural documents, legal research, and end-to-end matter management. Much of the work came through repeat requests and referrals.

2023—2025

Head of Administration · International School

Led a four-person team and built practical operational systems from scratch, including procurement controls and Airtable-based workflows. This experience shaped my approach to legal operations: processes must work for the people using them.
